This company deals with a distribution center in Charlotte NC.  The showroom at the address on Ashley Phosphate is large, modern and nicely laid out.  Virginia, the sales person at the showroom was very helpful in discussing the type of system we should have and listened to our wants.  She also was the go to person when communications between those taking orders and doing installations were lagging. 
We purchased the logs, gas kit and starter as "cash and carry" and were given a reduced rate for this.  However, a review of some prices afterwards showed they were on the high side regardless.  (Example: Log Switch Kit said to list for $135, discounted to $99 could have been purchased, same make and model, online for under $40).  So, know your prices.  Also, all sales are final, no returns.
We had the logs installed by a certified plumber of our choice: Blitch (see review).
The glass doors were measured and custom made to size.  When Joe delivered and installed them he not only did a superior job being sure they were set properly and securely, he was very neat.  He also explained to me the proper operation of the system including seasonal starting and shut down. 
Overall, the product is excellent and much more professional than other companies we visited in the area, but more expensive than we had planned.
