"This was a warranty work that does not cost any money to the customer. Work was performed as promised and timely. First visit was on Sep 11,2014 we ordered parts and we came back and complete the repair on Sep 19, 2014 unit was fixed. In addition the technician spent extra time answering all customer questions on how all kitchen appliances work and how to operate them (microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.) because customer DID NOT KNEW HOW TO USE THE APPLIANCES AND NEVER READ THE APPLIANCES MANUALS. 6 months later on March her refrigerator fail again and she blamed on us that we did not fixed right the first time, SHE WAS VERY UNPOLITE ON THE PHONE, CALL ME UNPLEASANT PERSON, CALL THE TECHNICAN UNCOMPETENT AND CALLING MY COMPANY UNPROFESSIONAL. I do refuse to service this customer again, she was asking for records on all the appliances, I do not have the records on them because I do not service them I only ADVISE HER FOR FREEE how to use them. When a refused to service her she called BOSCH, I submit a report to BOSCH about her impolite and unpleasant experience that I have with her on the phone. BOSCH requested the record of the only service that I did which I provided by email and fax. Later we found out that BOSCH dispatched another service company and she was requesting all her appliances to be replace because they had scratches and dents on the stainless steel panel that were done by her cleaning crew, this is a customer abuse and negligence and is not cover under warranty. THIS IS SO FAR THE WORSE EXPERIENCE AND THE WORSE CUSTOMER THAT I HAD WITH A CUSTOMER AFTER 10 YEAR BEEN ON BUSINESS. GOOD LUCK TO THE NEXT SERVISER....."
