Absolutely horrible. First off theyg advertise dust free system, which they didn't use. They left 1 guy trying to work this big job alone. There's was dust all the way to third floor and they only sanded on first floor. The owner was very rude, has never done hardwood work before and doesn't know what he's selling. Commercial jobs require 4 coats with a max of 5 coats of polyurathne, they provided 2 which only last 6 months(that's being generous). Horrible company, false advertisement and unfriendly.

The job went well. It took longer (a few weeks) than we anticipated but we had to have some extra work done and that pushed the date out. The worst was getting all of the furniture out of the house and then back in (!) but their recommendation of a company to do that as well as one to store the furniture worked out well.

Overall we are very pleased with the quality of the work done, it looks great and they did an excellent job on the installation and removal of our old flooring in the rooms in which the flooring was replaced. Our only issues were: after agreeing to do the job, it was difficult to have a dialog with them. I left several unanswered voicemails/texts with our rep.asking about start dates etc. and this carried over through the installation period...no updates on progress unless i asked repeatedly. My wife was not happy that the workers left some of their trash in the house as well ie empty drink cups/cans and material scraps. BUT, the work quality was very good and I've already recommended them to a friend in our neighborhood with the caveat that they may have to be assertive in getting updates and status reports on the progress of the job.

Such genuinely courteous people- the entire job was professional fast and we were so well taken care of!!
This is our second time using them and we wouldn't go anywhere else they have such good quality and personal character !

Elegant Hardwood Floors provided an excellent product (3/4" x 5" pre-finished hardwood flooring) and did an excellent installation job.
