Concrete Repair
I put an $800.00 deposit down back in March and Randy Evan’s never came to do the work. We hired him to do stamped concrete on our patio but he stiffed us! It is now October and he has declined my refund through my credit card and nooooo longer responds to my phone calls. So, this man pretty much stole $800.00 from us! Absolutely horrible person! Pleas do not hire him!!!

I entered into a Contract with Mr. Evans on March 16, 2020 to install a 10 x 12 concrete patio at my residence. I called Mr. Evans and made my $400.00 Deposit over the phone on March 20, 2020. At that time Mr. Evans informed me he was 3 to 4 weeks out from the date of installation, and that he would be in contact a few days prior to installation. I did not hear back from Mr. Evans for 42 days. I began calling and texting Mr. Evans. He never answered my calls. He would text me that he was either out of town, or in the hospital, and that he would be in contact the next day, which he never did. I reached out to Mr. Evans at the 55 day mark for a refund of my $400.00 Deposit. I sent Mr. Evans a formal email of Contract Termination on May 22, 2020. He read my email, but he has not responded.

Randy was nice enough when he came to measure and give me an estimate. I did not see him again after the first meeting. His crew was came and it seemed they didnt know exactly what needed to be done (colors etc). The patio looked really nice when it was finished but they left a big pile of dirt they dug up in the front of my house. My irrigation lines were also dug and left exposed. When I called and emailed Randy about it I did not hear any response from him. I ended up removing the dirt and burying my own lines. Eight months later the color has worn completely off in a few spots and the center line concrete grout line has crumbled and broken. I emailed Randy to ask him about it. I did not hear any response, so after 2 weeks I sent him some pictures and explained to him that if this was normal then what would be his recommendation to bring back the color and possibly what brand sealer to use. I still haven't heard any response.
