 + -1 moreJim came to the project and had proof of licensing and insurance which I appreciated, but he subcontracted all of the work to people that didn't have proof of licensing. I wanted Jim to refinish my wood floors and all he did was put down two coats of polyurethane. He overcharged and didn't perform the work that was agreed upon.
