A very stressful time. Davis Contracting charges overhead and profit on items bought by the customer. Will not use again.

In my opinion if you want a smooth remodel/renovation hire someone else they are the worst at showing up for the job, communicating and subpar work!

Jim came to the project and had proof of licensing and insurance which I appreciated, but he subcontracted all of the work to people that didn't have proof of licensing. I wanted Jim to refinish my wood floors and all he did was put down two coats of polyurethane. He overcharged and didn't perform the work that was agreed upon.
