I bought an old house that needed a lot of small repairs, and some large ones. Dave does it all. If a piece doesn't exist, he can make it. He has a can-do attitude. He works on time and materials and will provide a good estimate of what things will cost. He is meticulous, and not satisfied with anything less than perfect.
Because many of my jobs were small, he worked me in amongst bigger jobs, so sometimes things took longer than they might, but I felt it was well worth that minor inconvenience. His carpentry skills are really excellent. He also does remodelling, painting, tiling, and repairs.
