 + -1 moreWe opened an account with CPN after moving to the area. I found their bill pay service to be cumbersome and that bills were not paid on the date requested. Because of this and several other customer no-service issues and their refusal to correct their errors we switched to another local credit union and have been pleased with their professionalism and level of service.
Description of Work: Used on-line bill pay service. Checking and debit card transactions.
