They have been great. Service calls completed promptly and the people answering the phones are always nice. I would recommend!

See above. Very poor communication. I do think they were probably prompt in calling police --although not able to know in all cases, like the time no one answered when i called but no police came either.

When I purchased my new home I knew that I wanted to protect my home with a home security system. Well after receiving feedback from multiple people I decided I needed to do my own research on several providers. I received visits and recommendations from multiple companies and made the decision to go with Coastal and I must say it is a decisions I DON'T REGRET!
Sales - My salesperson Dave was fantastic and helped me to make decisions on add-on's that fit my needs vs. many of the other companies high pressure style.
Installation - My installer was fantastic, he was very respectful, neat and tidy and was sure to leave no evidence of the install at all. By this I mean he cleaned up every last piece of paper/packaging materials! He trained me on using the system in multiple modes, zones, features and ensured that I was comfortable before he left my home.
Customer Service - Although I'm not thrilled that I have set my own alarm off (a few times ugh) the monitoring center is always QUICK to respond in a professional but cheerful mannerI
was a customer of a national home security provider in another state and it was a nightmare from day one but I'm happy to say I can't praise Coastal enough!

They are not like national companies; they are a small family run business that provides a lot of personal attention. They were able to use our existing system with their service, which saved us a lot of money. They installed additional sensors and a portable keypad that we can move from room to room if needed for us as well. We are able to turn our alarm system on and off with our cell phones.
