They did a great job from start to finish!

Charleston roofing came out the day after a storm to assess the damages done to my roof. I had lost about 12 shingles. My rep was Dallas. I felt he was very trustworthy and unlike every other company I had come out, he didn't try to sell me a new roof (my roof is only 4 years old). Dallas looked up and said- this is a simple patch job. He matched up the shingles perfectly, his team was out doing the repairs in 3 days and my home was looking back to looking normal again. The only issue I had was that I had a morning appointment and the team didn't arrive untill about 5pm (but this was after a heavy storm, so they were most likely busier than normal). But overall I will use them again and I would recommend them. It was definitely a nice change of pace working with an honest roofing company.

They found problems and fixed them. No more leaks! The roof and gutters look great. They even replaced our rusty chimney cap.

Initially, it appeared that my replace roof was good but unfortunately over the first year significant problems have started to arise due to installation. This company was contacted several times to address and they refuse to do so. For this reason, I would not recommend this business.

Garret came over to look at our newfound leak immediately. He is honest and straightforward - the type of contractor you want to work with. I will hire him for future roofs and recommend him to everyone I know.

Charleston Roofs and Windows did a roof installation for me. They did an amazing job. They were on time, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. All work was done at an affordable price, and property was left very clean after completion.

I do highly recommend them and already have!
