TERRIBLE............ was mis- informed.... and OVER-BILLED...... refuse to return phone calls
Response from CAROLINA WASTE SVC LLC
"Carolina Waste does not owe any refund to (member). She was quoted all of the rates and agreed use her credit card. The renal was quoted as a per month not per ½ month charge. Once her job was complete, she called for the dumpster to be removed. It contained .67 tons (1,340 lbs) of debris. The minimum landfill charge (as quoted) applied. We have had phone conversations and returned (members) calls, but we cannot agree to her request to return the money she was charged."
