The solar panel guy came out to remove the panel. They told me if I clean the panels to please stack them back up. I told them there was to be washed by the panel guys, and his respond was it will cost me more money to clean, I told them per the contract the panels was to be clean by the company. Two day later the guys came out to remove the Shingle in which all the shingle was dump in the pond and over all of my plants. It took them two day to install the roof. When they left my flowers was broken and nail and shingle was in the pond. Two weeks later the guys came back to install the panels and again I told them the panels need cleaning and they said someone was to clean them. Now it is almost two months and the panel still need cleaning. I'm not too happy about the service from Big Bear Roofing. Now I had to clean up what was left behind and hope me pond will not leak.

looks great....not a drop of wet any where...been thru two big storms.....dry as a bone.
