It was a good experience. They didn't try to do stuff that wasn't needed. They seemed honest and professional. I got a quote at Morrison Automotive for the same services and it was over $1400. Perfection automotive charged me $682 (tax included). Can't complain about that. The only problem was I forgot to mention I had an Angies List coupon to get 10% off...that's my $65 mistake, not theirs.

I dropped the car off late morning and by early afternoon it was done. They told me the pads didn't need replacing, which most auto places wouldn't do. Very honest, reasonable, and fast.

When the dash lights come on indicating a fault we go to Automotive Perfection to read the codes. After we get the results we can decide what will be our next step. We are very glad when we can have needed repairs completed at Automotive Perfection.

I cannot recommend an auto shop more than I do this one. I have used them for years and have several friends that get all their cars serviced here too. They always do an awesome job and the prices and very competitive! Not to mention the waiting room is clean and comfortable.

He's wonderful! He and his wife are very pleasant people. They're nice to work with. He explains everything to you. They go out of their way to be courteous and I really trust them!

they checked out the same issues and discovered that it was just a bad tire and they sent me to the nearest tire store where it was fixed for under $100. they wouldn't accept any money for the diagnosis though I'm sure that it involved some effort.

My truck had needed a replacement air filter box for a few years. When I found this company on Angie's List, I was anxious to see how they would handle the job. The super-friendly folks found the replacement box at the lowest possible cost and replaced it in a few hours. At the same time, I had mentioned a possible change of oil. However, the chief mechanic suggested it was not due yet, comparing miles on the truck with the previous change. So, not only are they fast, reliable and friendly, but truly honest. Automotive Perfection will be the only place I take my Toyota to from now on!

They said that they would replace the wires if they needed to, but they said I didn't need it. I have been a returning customer ever since. They are honest and just wonderful. They do a phenomenal job and we would highly recommend.

Called Automotive Perfection for appt and told them what we needed done. They were one step ahead of me all the way. They knew exactly what we needed and were able to explain the why(s). We took our car in the afternoon prior to the appt and they worked on it the following day. Whenever there was a question or issue they made sure to call and run it by us before continuing with the work. The folks at Automotive Perfection did an excellent job on our Acura and we will definitely continue to give them our business! The cost was less than it would have cost at a dealership and the work was done to our satisfaction. The folks at Automotive Perfection know and love cars and it shows!!

I have a 95 Honda and I was going on a trip so I was either going to need my air conditioning fixed or, if too expensive, I was going to need my driver side window fixed (needed a new motor). They had previously put the window up for me in a fixed position and I was happy with that. They determined what was wrong with the air conditioning; it was going to need more than one part and was going to cost more than I could spend, so they put a new motor in my window, charged my air conditioning (for my weekend trip) and changed my oil and filter at what seemed to me to be a very fair price. I think the thing for me is that I feel I can trust them to be fair. I never get the feeling that they're trying to sell me a bill of goods like I have at many other repairs shops I had used.

It is like a mom's and pop's. They are friendly and did exactly as I asked. I will go there again and recommend them.

My 1993 Camry would not start, Rick found the problem and Dena called with an extimate. Rick also found two other problems that needed to be corrected and called with additional cost before any work was done. I have used Automotive in the past and will again in the future.
