He was the reason I got my house. We really liked him. At first I was nervous about using an agent because I had one that was really bad. I wasn’t going to trust this guy but he proved me wrong. If he said he’d do something, he went above and beyond every time. He was super professional. We were looking at older homes and he asked us if we wanted to buy a new one. We said we couldn’t afford it but we drove there anyway. Before we even got there he had talked them down in price. The house was offered at $148,000 and before we got there he had gotten them down to $142,000. After we got done with the inspection he got them to drop the price down even lower and he had them throw in a garage door opening, a refrigerator, a washer, and a dryer.
