Quality of work excellent. Mr. Loftkin (owner) was very knowledge in the construction field. On time, work done in a timeable fashion. First time I used his services; obtained bids from others beforehand and found his pricing very reasonable, outbidding the others. Cheapest pricing doesn't seal the deal for me; it is knowledge of the job at hand and his pricing was very reasonable.
The guys showed up on time, and were very polite and professional in all of our encounters with them. They immediately got to work preparing the walls, and they were painting in no time. They completed the entire house (2 coats) in just over a week, which was earlier than they had estimated. The house had some challenges, including 25 foot ceilings in the foyer and great room, but they did a great job. The paint looks great, including the detailed areas like around the existing shelves in the closets and around all the mirrors, vanities, etc. in the baths.
Throughout the process, the crew was professional, punctual, friendly, and hard-working. They made several helpful suggestions along the way. We were in the house working on some other projects most of the time that they were painting, and they went out of their way to help us in moving some things around for those projects. Overall, it was just a great experience, and we would definitely recommend them to others.
