Advanced Glass Services provided an all around excellent experience. They were very helpful in providing a rough estimate and timeline over the that made the process much easier. They did a wonderful job of explaining things and working with me to get the desired results.

Originally contracted with large company to replace glass. Measurements were taken along with deposit on glass order. When glass was available, the company returned for installation; however, the installers decided the job was too complicated and that they could not do the work. The window was one piece and (oval) curved at the top. Advanced Glass Services was contacted, they measured for the replacement and completed a very professional installation at a very fair price. They were the only company of three that I contacted that had the capability to do the job.

NO HASSLE! On site replacement while I was at work. Could not be more convenient. They handled the insurance claim. Keeping their number in the glove box.

I called and they were out and had the window installed within 48 hours (I already had the new glass covered by warranty). Everything was cleaned up and looking like new when they left.
