+ 0 moreIt was pretty good. I sat in the garage watching the man diagnosed the problem and then repaired the trolley.The repair man afterwards explained what was causing the problem with the garage door not closing.
Description of Work: I called about the garage door in my new house jumping the latch/trolley and not closing all the way. I was told it was going to be a $90 charge to look at the problem and fix it if it was under a hour. Parts not included. They scheduled me in the next morning at around 9:00 AM to come out and fix it, but when no one showed up at 9:30 AM I called them. I was disappointed to find out that they made a mistake and the repair guy went to the next job instead of mine first. They said Sorry and would reschedule for the next morning at the same time. The next morning a repair man showed up at around 8:50AM and fixed my problem in about 15 minutes. The trolley assembly was on too tight, he had to readjust it. That was my experience. I did not shop around so I don't know if this was the average charge for the job. Besides the mistake they made in wasting my day for the repair man to come out, I would recommend again.
