The landscaping job was completed during the month of October 2004, to my satisfaction.However,there were a few details that needed to be tended to.I have been trying to reach Delaney by phone and have forwarded two letters to him which remain IGNORED. His "guarantee" policy is obviously not true.If I cannot get him to respond to my various issues, requests and concerns, then what guarantee do I really have? It appears as if this company does the job, gets paid, and then runs away and gets lost...never to be around again. Now I have to hire someone else to FIX the things that need to be corrected or should have been done in the first place.
