We have been taking our SUV to Walmart for about 3 years and they said they changed the oil. The SUV now has 87,00 miles and the engine started to knock and loose power. We had it checked at a local chevy/GMC dealer (where we bought it). The tech said "the oil has never been changed". We filed a claim at Walmart and the insurance man called and said they they would NOT honor the claim because they have the records that they have changed the oil. Something is wrong with all of this cause we have the records also. But, the chevy/GMC tech said the oil could NOT have been changed due to the sludge build up in the engine. Is it a bad product from GMC or is it bad oil product, or is it that the oil used is not correct for this patircular SUV? Either way we are out of a SUV to drive and we are still paying for it. WOW what a mess.

 + -1 moreI had a flat tire and headed over to the store to get it replaced. I had to wait a few minutes to talk to an attendant. The first attendant was a little slow and not incredibly helpful. The second attendant that I talked to seemed more knowledgeable and helpful. I picked out a tire and left to go back to work. I came back in an hour or so and it was ready to go. The spare tire was in my trunk, but the crew did not even bother to secure it with the screws. It's not a big deal, but I figured that was the least they could do.
Description of Work: They replaced a flat tire for me.
