It was horrible. This was the second time I had to retake them and now it is just sad. My kids have a black chair in the background and on the passport application it strictly says have a white background only. Now I am going to get into Atlanta to process the passports and I know they are going to make me take new pictures after I spent the money last night and now they are still wrong. Their price is good, but it is not going to be good when they ain't going to work. They did refund my money and they did try, but then they failed again.
