The price quoted was good. After excepting our counter offer we decided to use our tax refund to acquire his services. Work was completed and he was paid. After letting everything dry out like I was told to do, we covered the pool for the winter. After a few months we uncovered the pool that next March and found pool tiles falling off right and left. I immediately notified the owner and he agreed to fix the missing titles. I soon discovered that not just a few titles were lose, but all of them (about 4 to 5 hundred). Before he arrive to re-glue a few tiles, I had removed all of them and had re-glued over half of them myself. The owner and I finished the job within the following week. I took vacation from work to help him (and to make sure it was done right). After finishing the tile, he paid me $50 to do the grout work myself. I would have done that job for free if that what it took to get it right. This spring I opened the pool again to discover some of the paint on the bottom coming off. Don't worry ..... I'll fix it !
Description of Work: Cleaned and repainted the pool bottom and replaced the 1 row of tile around the pool edge.
