SAW Residential Maintenance

I called John to request an estimate for repairs of a chain link fence and some vinyl siding damaged by hurricane Helene. He met me at my home the same day and provided an estimate within days. His company and crew completed the work in a timely manner and did an excellent job. I did a walkthrough with Scott before any money changed hands. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and quality of work! I would definitely hire SAW again!

I was trying to get my fence repaired after hurricane Helene. Destruction from the storm was so bad that finding a contractor was difficult. I called John Owen and he came out and surveyed the damage and quoted me a price. I told John I had one more company giving me an estimate. He told me he was glad to hear that and would wait for my decision. The estimates I received were within close range of each other but I decided to go with John. We arranged a date and they came out and did the work. The work they did was first class and it really looks great. John and his crew were very professional from start to finish and guaranteed I would be satisfied when they finished. Needless to say I was. The confidence and care they portrayed was second to none. The team at SAW Residential were incredibly friendly and efficient, making my experience absolutely oustanding. They resolved several issues I needed completed from the aftermath of hurricane helene. They removed my damaged privacy fence and  put up a beautiful new fence. Extracted 3 huge root balls that weighed over 5400 lbs and leveled the ground back out. Not only did they tear down and haul off my crushed 14x22 metal shop; they also assisted in removing all the tools, equipment and supplies out of it. This company is truly outstanding with their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They were top-notch, addressing all my concerns promptly and professionally.
