PALMETTO OVERHEAD DOOR SVC INC

I have called th e company and left messages 3 times with no call back. I called again yesterday and whoever answered the phone apparently has little, if any, training in customer service. I asked to speak to Daniel Robinson and was told he wasn't there. I stated I had left messages three times and was informed, very rudely, "he was the owner of the company and was in and out". I was then asked very rudely who was I? I gave him my name and was asked, rudely, what he could do for me? I informed him I didn't believe he could do anything for me as I had enough of his rude tine and abrasive attitude. Mr. Robinson was courteous and professional, but I can't say the same for who answered the phone yesterday. I deal with the public daily and couldn't imagine speaking to a customer the way this gentleman did. Almost forgot....he did tell me to have a good day, albeit in the same tone and fashion as earlier. Im sure Daniel is a busy man, but it would have been nice if one of his employees could have returned my calls. He apparently decided a small job wasn't worth his time. I had looked forward to dealing with him as he struck me as very knowledgeable and personable and I feltlike I could have learned something from him. Would have probably used his company for other work in the future as well.
