nothing went to plan. never finished anything and everything was done poorly. grass died. i spent my own money to try again with laying down seed. patio not done. no one from the business knew what they were doing. extra sod never was picked up and just turned into mush. went to bbb and he did not followed through the agreement.

Mr. Berry asked if we would barter services with his landscaping company in exchange for letting his landscaping crew rent a rental property of ours. Mr. Berry and his crew were suppose to provide landscaping services in the exchange amount of $600-$700 per month for a 2 month period and 6 months later has yet to finish any of the work originally contracted for. In this experience his crew were evicted (by Mr. Berry who also served as the property manager and was on the contract) and cost over an estimated $5,000 in damages including the house needing to be entirely repainted due to filth and the crew members kids writing in permanent marker on the walls and doors, the crew members having illegal (not approved) dogs who ruined the carpeting in the home and was locked up unattended for days at a time, electrical work when crew members ripped out wiring, replacement of stolen appliances and other damages to the house Mr. Berry is aware of. I have asked Mr. Berry to make good on his landscaping arrangement and gave him additional time to complete that and he has yet to comply with those wishes. So not only did Mr. Berry not do the landscaping work he agreed to do for the work crew to live in the rental house, but he also refused to work not only with law enforcement to seek a resolution with obtaining our stolen property back, but he also continues to ignore our requests or when we are threatening him with legal action and he finally does surface never completes anything he schedules that would be done. It has been a horrible experience and I would never recommend Mr. Berry or Greenest Grass to do any work!

WE purchased his service via a coupon deal in th local paper - paid for two cuttings knowing that we were looking for long term and would sign a contract with a reliable company.  Services were paid in full at the time of the "agreement".  We tried calling numerous times and got no answer or a full voice box.  He finally called us back on a different number than the one we had provided him as he got contact information from the newspaper company.    We spent more than 2 months trying to get him to make good on the "deal" he gave us and he was nothing but excuses and reaons why he did not have the time to cut our grass - we finally hired another company - they came and cut the grass  - we signed with another company for biweekly service.  
       This company called us again and we told them that we wanted our money back if he could not perform and he showed up fight after the other company had already cut our grass ( naturally there was not a lot for him to do) but since we hired him to cut the grass at our second home and we were not there it gave him the reason not to have to reimburse us for our money.
