The technicians were prompt, professional and knowledgeable about the job they were hired to perform. The process was explained and they assured me they were working under guidelines of the NADCA. Pictures of the dirt and dust buildup in my ductwork were taken and shown to me confirming my need for cleaning. Once the cleaning process was done I saw photos of the difference and was embarrassed to see just how much dirt I had allowed to accumulate. They also took the time to clean my dryer vent with no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this company and encourage all homeowners or businesses to make duct cleaning a priority.

And the price was lower than other companies. They also explained everything including what was performed; what was found; and the difference in what other companies would do. Excellent!
