The first time I met with him to introduce myself and discuss what I needed was only about 30 minutes. He was very charming and I felt that he would do a good job. It went downhill from there. He said he would return later in the week to measure etc. I thought that would be when we could discuss in detail what I wanted in a landscape design. He returned when I was not home so I could not elaborate on what I wanted. He submitted a draft landscape plan that, other than the dimensions, had no bearing on what I wanted. He did not listen to what I wanted and had a very arrogant attitude when I questioned his designs. He was supposed to give us a final design on paper after I paid him the agreed upon fee. The check was cashed last year and I still have not received the paper plans. I sent him an email asking about the plans and still have not heard back.
