The project did not go well. We decided to fire this contractor before completion of the contract. Although we had confidence in some of the electricians, once the contract was signed, the management of this company seemed totally un-concerned about the completion of the project. What we found out should have been a three week effort, at most, took Costello Electric three months to complete, causing us significant additional expense. Workers were on site on a hit-or-miss basis; missing days or weeks at a time. We got little or no communication from Costello management about schedules or due dates. Costello management appeared unwilling and/or unable to provide materials and labor on a timely basis. I was embarrassed for the electricians who tried to make excuses for their bosses. We're sorry we ever considered hiring Costello Electric; it's the worst trade organization to contribute to the construction of our home. It feels good not to have deal with their plodding indifference.
