 + -1 moreThey were superb. They came the same day. They got here exactly when they said they'll be here. They did a super job and they were professional. They were putting muscle into it. You could see how you could do a bad job by the kind of moving the equipment over this rug or really pushing into the rug. They did a super job and it looked really good. I think they'll be very pleased and I will recommend them.
Description of Work: I used the carpet cleaning service of Chem-Dry. They cleaned three rooms.

 + -1 morewas able to get an appointment within 24 hrs of call. we have dogs, and they had seriously soiled a room, so this was important to get someone here quickly! did a great job, there was a coupon online, that I could not print, 9printer down) but they honored it. Did 2 rooms for the price of one. Did not try to sell me extra products. the rooms were clean and the dog smell gone. carpets were dry in 3 hrs.
