Robert Carr is responsive and professional. When I initially called him he provided clear and complete information about the scope, cost, and timing with his current schedule. Before the promised date, he had a break in his schedule and called me to arrange an earlier day. He and his helper arrived on time and went to work. They were both friendly and professional. Less then a week after the field work was completed, he personally presented the finished plat. Because I had a question about a retaining wall, he also delivered an additional 11X17 close up sketch with additional detailed measurements. Robert delivered seven 11X17 plats with complete to scale measurements of the property, house outline, and lawn areas. The location of all the boundary markers, fences and retaining walls are clearly shown with dimensions. In addition the plats also had the location of an additional off property point that could be used if one of our points became obscured over time. Robert took the time to go review the material with my wife and I and answer all our questions. The entire experience with Robert exceeded our expectations.

Mr. Carr was very professional. He arrived promptly, discussed the job before beginning, and even shared some research he had done on the land before coming out! The property was quite overgrown with weeds and brush (the surveyors actually had to use machetes to hack their way through in some places!) but they managed to find the original corner stakes and mark out the boundaries for us. When he finished, he took some time to show me the flags and explain the markings on the trees along the property edge. My husband and I were very pleased and would definitely use this company again!
