Service was performed as agreed to.

Technician was professional and courteous.

Provider was punctual (as usual). Wore booties over shoes when entering home to spray rooms. Obliged my request to spray gutters on outside of home to deter wasps. Informed me that spray may be dripping for a while over my front and back door. I had the choice of paying the provider with a check or being billed later. I have used this provider for a few years and have been satisfied.

It was fine. They come on time and do a good job. They follow up and have reminders.

Brunson is not a small company. We would use them again.

Brunson Pest Control, are always on time and do a good job.

My home was built in 2006 and has had Brunson's Pest and Termite control since day one. Brunson's service techs claimed that their bait system showed no signs of termites in Feb 2009 when I myself (not a termite professional) found active, swarming termites in my dining room and living room floor. The termites were eating and coming through the carpet and baseboards. Although they do indoor and outdoor inspections, I had to physically show them the termites myself. In March 2009, after calling them several times and begging them to take care of the problem, Brunson pulled up my carpet and tore up my dining room wall to drill holes in which poison was pumped. I suggested that they look into the wall where I found the termites. They said that probably wasn't necessary. They left the carpet pulled up and the wall torn and said the owner, David Brunson, would call me to arrange for repairs. It is now June 2010 and they have not repaired the damages they caused. The living room carpet and dining room wall are still ripped and exposed, as they were in March 2009 when they treated the termites! In addition to that, I found a new swarm of termites under my kitchen sink in March 2010 (on the other side of the wall I asked them to drill into to check a year ago). They had said it wasn't necessary to check that wall last year. This year, there are active swarming termites coming from that wall. I called Brunson. They came almost a week later and pumped poison under the sink. They again said they would make sure the owner contacts me and repairs the new termite damage as well as the damage from over a year ago! It is now June 2, 2010 and Brunson has not called or visited me again to resolve the issue. They have, however, sent me regular letters when payments are due (even though they have done no work). They seem to keep up with billing very meticulously but don't care to address this serious termite issue! I was appalled when Brunson left a note in my door in May 2010 stating that they removed their bait system because I failed to make the latest payment. Wouldn't I be a fool to keep paying someone for a service they do not perform at all? Brunson has removed their termite bait system (which apparently doesn't work) and refused to do the work they were already paid to complete. I had already paid half of the annual fee for their termite bond. I reluctantly gave a check for the remainder of the annual termite bond fee to the Brunson technician who was working in my neighborhood on May 7, 2010. That technician said my bait system should not have been removed and again promised that the owner would contact me immediately. They have not cashed the check and I have not heard from them since I happened to run into them in the neighborhood on May 7. It is now June 2, 2010. I'm very disappointed. Brunson Pest Control ripped up my living room carpet and dining room wall to drill holes for termites in March 2009. It is now June 2010. Brunson hasn't resolved the termite problem or repaired the damages they caused over a year ago. The termites continue to eat my home and the floor and wall are still torn up as Brunson left them last year. As of December 2012, they have done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue (which I paid years of insurance to protect).

The price listed is per year. I have been with them since start up and their treatments work. I will use them in the future.
