I pay them $75 for every three months because they come and put some pots out for termites. I don't think that they're great. I'm not real happy with them, I had them since I built the house and I don't think they have really been that great. I built the house about 17 or 18 years ago, they sprayed the ground and everything else. Six months to a year ago I thought I had water damage by my stairs, and it turned out to be termite damage. They did not hold any responsibility for it, even though I had termite control for 17 years with them. It cost me about $1500 to replace my stairs, so I'm not real happy. They are pretty good about responding.

What has happened is I thought I had some water damage on this little piece of wood by my stairs going down and I thought it was water damage and checked, and I had - actually my handyman came over and he said he couldn't do anything because it was termite damage.  So they've been out doing some spraying and everything for termites.  I've been using them every year, so it's under warranty.  Well I've used them whenever we built the house.  They sprayed the land and I've been using them every year for checking for termites and whatever, ever since.  They've been very good and they're making this good.  It happened; this is one of those things, but they're going to make it good.  You can check back with me in a week or two to be sure they did.  My experience up until now has been absolutely wonderful.  They're very, very gracious and everything, and if they make this little thing good, I'll be very happy.  If they don't, I might give them a bad grade.  But right now they said they're gonna come back and take care of stuff, so we'll see.  I haven't used them for anything other than just checking the house every year for termites.  I do my own spraying.
