The crew on site was terrific. They worked hard to make sure we were happy. The 3 Joes were fantastic. Tracy and Chris also get high marks coordinating the project. We highly recommend Between The Edges.

The owner Jeremy came out to view the pavers to see if they matched the others that were installed by them. He mentioned they will have to redo the pavers because there is a difference in color...I was happy to hear his honesty and I would hire them again for the third time.

the work they did was beautiful the only complain I have was they cover two of my sprinkler head and remove one of my termites traps and I was not told until I turn my sprinkler and they leave the termites trap on the floor .other that that the service was good.

Sod Installation
Came and gave estimate then emailed bid. I negotiated for lower price and my terms were accepted. Received new contract and signed it and confirmed receipt 2 months ago. Since then, my calls have not been returned and the job remains undone. Contract is void after 30 days.

"After reviewing your contract, speaking with our employees both in the office and the estimator, and reviewing our phone records, it was determined you left one voicemail. When your call was returned on the date you left it (6/26/18), the timeline for your project was going to be another 6-8 weeks. This time of year, we always try to let people know how far out we are, as it is the busiest time of year. Most projects are being started around the 10-12 week mark. We have tried to contact you several times today by phone and email. One number is disconnected, the other is not set up for voicemail. I am hoping the email will be responded to as I am anxious to speak with you about your concern."

After research and interviewing five companies it became clear that Between the Edges was innovative in there ���out-of-the-box��� thinking for solutions to a number of landscaping issues/wants that I was dealing with. Weather was a factor BUT clear communication continually kept me up-to-date as to schedule progress. This is an intelligent company with a skilled labor crew that actually knows what they are doing, which is not always true in that industry. The owner main concern is YOU as the customer and wants to ensure your satisfaction at project completion. The quality of their work from drainage control, to irrigation, to ground preparation and sodding, to mortar work, to planting, to general beautification and cleanup was second to none in my book. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for high quality landscaping at a reasonable price. Great investment and we are HAPPY everytime we look at the work Between the Edges did!!

everytime the crew came over they would leave the gate open causing our dogs to run loose. it was brought to their attention several times and it did not help so they were released from our employment as 07/01/10

Owner Jeremy Kelley is a customer-satisfaction oriented businessman. He will do anything he can to solve any issues and make the customer happy. My main problem was with work sometimes being done improperly, lack of coaching, things that were done without prior consent, and collateral damage. BTE is a good company, although you will need to supervise the work constantly in order to assure that everything is done as previously agreed and correctly. If something is not, Jeremy will make it right for you, the problem is that sometimes it became too much. I would recommend them.

My experience with Between the Edges was extremely good, and I would recommend them to everyone. I had over 6 or 7 companies come and bid on the project and out of those, Between the Edges, was the only company to give me straightforward answers. They were by far the most competitive in regards to cost, and even gave me a 10% discount for serving in the military...and that adds up quickly on a large project. They leveled and graded a very steep and unusable space along the side of our house and installed a 4/5ft retaining wall. Jeremy provided me with great customer service and gave us a beautiful useable space we will most definitely enjoy!

BTE came to repair a cracked sprinkler valve and I came home that afternoon fully expecting to have to put my flower bed back together and, to my surprise they had not only fixed the valve but also fixed my flower bed back as if it had never been torn up. Very courteous, very prompt. I would certainly recommend Harold and his team !!
