Very helpful and professional.

I contacted Duane Tuesday evening in response to his reaching out by phone and text. I told him what I needed to have done. We discussed his flat rate of $175 up front. We scheduled an appointment for 1600 Thursday (two days later). Duane was punctual, up front with the cost for additional necessary materials, inspected my dryer venting system, secured my approval for work to be done and explained the what and why for each step as he did his work. Mr. Anglin was friendly, honest and professionally proud of his work product. I have already recommended him to a friend needing similar work to be done. Pictured are before and after. Before also shows what Duane extracted from my dryer vent before bringing it up to code as depicted in the after. Needless to say, I will be using A&A Dryer Vent Cleaning in the future and highly recommend this CSRA based local business.

Prompt, efficient, got the job done quickly and charged a fair rate! We tried to clean the vent ourselves but the brush got stuck. I put my project up on Monday and they called me almost immediately and were able to come out on Tuesday. Got the brush removed quickly and cleaned up our vents. I was out of town. Duane comes over and my aunt walks with him. He says he can t find where the vent exited the house. He takes the check. I get home and find the vent, very quickly. I called him up and he said he would come back by, never mentioning he was gonna charge me, even though he didnt finish the job the first time. He comes to the house on Monday, and finds the filter, BUT, before he he cleans it, he cleverly calls me to tell me he s gonna have to charge me something. He had me over a barrel at this time. I was at work and he hustled me. He tries to get $100 but I offer $50 and he accepts because, as mentioned to the guy, I have a 6-year-old that I don t want to burn up in a fire. He cleans the vent and takes pics. My wife pays him $50 cash. Bad business dealing. He shouldve come over at no extra charge. I paid him $175 for the first time he came over.
