It went well. One tech dropped and broke one of the new chandelier light all over the floor just an accident. I let them take the old light fixture with bulb ? covers/sconces not realizing I would have to buy a complete 5 bulb set to replace the one accidentally broken to enable for the new light fixture to have matching bulbs and sconces and that was an unexpected extra expense. They also changed out 2 smoke detector batteries In 2 rooms for us as they were too high for me to feel safe doing. I installed the other 5 replacement batteries in the fire/ carbon dioxide alarms as they were not as high. We always greatly appreciated that as that has to be done twice a year. So, overall they did ok and was very friendly.

Worker stepped through ceiling. A&H called sheetrock repairman. Has 2 visits; unsatisfactory). Electrician who installed light fixture did not install a junction box.

"Accidents happen. Ms [Member Name Removed]was satisfied with the electrical work and ceiling repair and Mr [Member Name Removed], who we have no idea his relation, is the one that is dissatisfied and has nothing to do with her house or this project so he should not have been able to give us a rating since we did not do any work for Mr [Member Name Removed] at all. Update: the invoice for the work here has still not been paid for. We usually take payment upon completion but we were trying to work with them and making sure things were to their satisfactory first. We tried to decrease the invoice to let them choose a person they wanted to repair the accident that occurred but they did not want that. We have had several of our employees come out to check on things and they would tell us they were fine with everything and a check was being mailed and it has been 1.5 weeks since the last time they said this. We have tried to remedy this with the customer to no avail. We do not like leaving anyone unhappy or work not done to the liking."
