Undergoing changes

My computer would not turn on. I walked in, they immediatly took my computer in and fixed it while I was there. This was extremely important to me as I have a home office and can't afford to be without it. While there, the tech gave me lots of great advice on backing up and saving not only business but personal files.

He was very knowledgeable and engaging. When I initially called him and explained my issues ( 2pc's) he gave me an estimate of cost and stuck to it. He ordered a keyboard ( HP less then 2 yrs old!) without asking for the money upfront. I had previously tried to install it on my own and it was defective. He fixed that, helped with my external hard drive set up and fixed the old beast ( 2nd computer) to get it running better then a Commodore 64!He came to the house - on time! Was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this service.

He arrived punctually, took the time to thoroughly do the job. My computer is now full functioning and at a very reasonable price. He gave me his card and said to call if I have any problems or questions. You can't get much better results that.

He came to our home promptly and took care of our computer issue. He has then gone out of his way to assist on other issues.

My computer wouldn't boot and David was able to fix it within a day. He was able to restore all my files, my Windows 7 and fix the problem. I went to the mega store and talked with one of their rude "squad" people first. There it would have been $70 just to do a diagnostic and I would have had to wait 6-7 days before they could even get to my computer. David diagnosed and fixed my computer in 1 day and for considerably less than the mega store's "squad" would have charged. Excellent customer service, excellent communication! A+ !! I will definitely use The Computer Guys again!

I've used this company several times--when my computer slowed way down, when it mysteriously quit working (monitor problems) and most recently when I got a virus. Not only was my aged machine restored to working order every time, promptly and economically, but I learned some great tips for keeping it that way--in plain English. I hope to be upgrading soon and I'll call on Those Computer Guys to help me make the transition.

Unfortunately, he wasn't able to help me. My internet was running super slow and my Office Documents were slow to pull up. He had my lap top for 4 days and followed up with me regularly. He originally quoted me $150 but only charged me $30 when he returned it considering all he did was a diagnostic. He said he spent a lot of hours on the machine but ultimately the motherboard was bad and that if it was his computer, he would use it for parts. Needless to say, I shipped my computer off to have the motherboard replaced via my warranty with where i bought the computer only a year ago. The gentleman was nice, however, I don't think I would use him again.

He picked it up and delivered it when it was ready...very convenient! He took the time to explain thoroughly the work he'd done and suggestions for better use in the future.

Computer crashed and I looked for help on angie's list. His reviews were good and I called. He worked with my schedule and met me at my work to pick up my tower. A few days later he returned it to my home and reconnected the tower and all was well.

David actually answered his phone when called. He did his best to accommodate us when I could not do what he suggested. Instead of waiting a week for an appointment, David came to our house that evening and spent 45 minutes to correct our problem. He was fair on his price and VERY professional. We're so happy to now have somebody we can trust if and when we have computer problems...THANKS, DAVID !!
