Great prices but not the most professional work. Did not cover furniture or close doors while sanding/refinished hardwood floors. Took longer than stated. But overall, finished product looked good.

I was pretty impressed with them and they did a very good job. They are reasonably priced and they are professional. I would use them again in the future.

Whitaker's was very helpful in working with us through a difficult period, since the damage was much more extensive than just the flooring. They had to closely coordinate with other subcontractors because the required sequence of repairs did not allow them to come in and do the job start to finish. They were extremely cooperative in meeting our requirements and flexible when they needed to be. The minor touch up required at the end was done willingly and well. This is not the only business we have done with this company, and they were selected because of good experiences in the past.

They left the black glue for the flooring all of the walls and the trim. They even left little bits of the carpeting underneath the carpet so that every time we walk on the carpet we can feel it under our feet. We would not use them again nor would we recommend them.
