"This member slanders my company every chance he gets. The work was performed in January of 2008. The total was $368.74 which he refused to pay. He then called two other plumbers and recieved estimates over the phone which he then averaged and wrote me a check for the average, which I refused to cash. I removed his existing kitchen sink, installed new sink and fixtures that he supplied and reinstalled the existing dishwasher. He refuses to pay, yet I am a "thief". I have all documentation of this incident including his uncashed check in the amount of $171.24 that he notated "paid in full"."

I could certainly say good things about them and next time I needed a plumber, he's definitely the guy I would call. I had him do two jobs for me over the last couple of years and I feel very good about working with him. He diagnoses the problem correctly, competent, knows what he's doing, has responded in a reasonable time, and the last time I called him, he got in here within the day. Any good contractor is in demand, so when you can get him to schedule and get him to come and do the job and that's all you are looking for. I think the price is fine.

He did a backflush and cleared it out. He recommended a permanent fix for it. I will use him in the future. He was very clean and professional. He explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. He was very thorough.
