Chappell Nursery does an excellent job. In fact the work they did for me exceeded my expectations. Not only do they do excellent work, their customer service excels. The workers are very professional and helpful. I highly recommend. I would hire them again.

Landscaping of my backyard was going to be a challenge to transformed from ugly into serenity peaceful place. The staff of Chappelle Landscaping and Nursery are very knowledgeable and know their job. Alex and Barry, were respectful and polite and they listen to my needs..Most guy just want to finish the job and move on, but not them. They worked endlessly to achieve the transformation of my yard. They are very knowledgeable and know there plants. Also, they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for any job you may need. Trent, Alex, and Barry. Thank you !

Did a great job on our landscapping project. Graded our yard, installed a dry creek, sprinklers and new sod to rescue our back yard after we installed a new pool. Worked quickly and efficiently.

I contracted with Chappells to perform landscaping design, install and replace sod, adjust the sprinkler system for adequate install coverage, and repair waterfall feature. What a disappointing experience it was! I misjudged their sincerity in doing the job right. I have posted more detail and photos on four other review site, by warning others who use this site of the poor experience I had using their services. Find another company that will stand by their work they are paid to perform!

What a great crew led by Alex. They repaired a brick patio, raised 20 stepping stones, laid landscape cloth and pine straw. Trent is the glue that keeps the business running between the rain we have experienced. This was a great find for me and would use them again.

Trent responded quickly, was informative, and easy to speak with. Alex is very personable, provides excellent customer service and he and his team did an excellent job installing my sprinkler irrigation system, burying my pool washout drain and installing sod. I highly recommend Chappells.

I hired Chappells Landscaping to lay approximately 5,000 square feet of Zeon Zyosia sod. Trent arrived promptly on the estimate day, provided an accurate estimate and began work shortly thereafter. Chappells removed the existing grass, graded, added a lot of organic matter, regraded and laid the new sod. Trent also gave us watering tips in order for the new sods best best success. I highly recommend Chappells Landscaping for all your needs. I plan to use Chappells to lay an additional 3000 sq feet this year. Thank you Trent!

Trent and crew are very professional- came on time, worked hard and finished quickly. They included my input into the design and were very interested in getting me exactly what I wanted. I am extremely pleased with the finished pond and waterfalls. I love it in fact!

Great at first. Showed up and seemed like the best fit for my project. The downfall would be the follow through. They cant seem to give a deffinate date of completion and what is talked about through the initial walk through doesnt get to the crew that is actually doing the work. I would look to go with another company that will take the time to ensure the customer is taken care of. Almost three weeks into my project and im still trying to get it finished.

It took awhile for Chappells to get to my job but it was definitely worth the wait. We are very happy and proud of our new patio. Good, honest, reliable people.

Overall it was a poor experience.

Alex and his team did an outstanding job of placing 4 pallets of sod after prepping the soil. They also, added two sprinkler heads to my system to cover the new sod. Excellent work, good people.

Chappell Nursery was very good

My backyard was a mess. Tree grinded stumps, roots,rocks etc. I was tired of fighting it and called Chappells. These guys Alex and the crew did an outstanding job. My wife and I can finally enjoy the backyard!! What an amazing job! All done in two days. Removed debris, graded yard, new soil, placed sod, and moved some sprinkler heads. I highly recommend this company.

I would definitely use this company again. Courteous, professional, hard-working, good pricing, I got what I paid for. They did an excellent job clearing a thick over grown area that 3 other "professionals" looked at and never called back to set the job up!

I had a fantastic experience! Trent was great to work with and took time planting my trees to my exact specifications. He cared that I was completely satisfied with his work. It is very refreshing to work with a company that does what they say they will do. They have exceeded my expectations and I look forward to working with them again soon on another project! The young man that done the work was hard working and knew what he was doing. He could have used someone else to help him but he was alone. I helped him when I could. I have one issue and that is Chappells needs to keep their customers informed better. I would hire them again.
