propane sales
+ -1 moreThe person @ Amerigas (Eves) that took this information for delivery acknowledged without comment. Today (20th) I called and asked when the delivery might be scheduled and was advised that it would be 5-7 days. I advised this representative of the previous request and acknowledgement by company representative---still he said I Might get the delivery on the day after XMAS (26th). Since the takeover of Eve's by Amerigas it seems that customer service is a thing of the past; it is rare that I comment in the negative context- But when customer service is let go for whatever reason, you begin to question the overall reliability
Description of Work: DID NOT DO - Phoned Amerigas on December 16, 2013 to schedule propane gas delivery during the forth coming week.
