Ecowater Systems

I called my service technician, David, yesterday morning around eleven and he was able to come by the same afternoon a few hours later. Normally, I would schedule an appointment but I had no drinking water in the kitchen and, subsequently, no water to my refrigerator nor for the icemaker. David felt it was one of the valves under my sink that might be the culprit and when he arrived that was exactly what it was. Needless to say, he needed to completely repair and replace the valve under the sink. I might add that this had nothing to do with the reverse osmosis system but was the valve connected to the pipe bringing the water into the house. Once that was completely taken care of and everything was operational, he then went on to do the yearly service to the outside unit while he was there. Rarely, do I have a problem with this system but I have found that it is responded to rapidly. I couldn't ask for better service and David is very professional and knowledgeable. He doesn't hesitate to take the time to explain anything you might not understand. I couldn't be more pleased.
I have had Ecowater system in my home since 1996 and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Once installed you can immediately taste and feel the difference in your water.
