The installer arrived as scheduled and quickly removed and replaced all windows with minimal scaring to wood trim. We love the windows and look forward to the energy savings and much easier window washing thanks to the tilt out design.

The only thing we were disappointed with was the amount of time it took from the date ordered until the install date - 9 weeks.

Went perfect, except it did take longer than expected to get the windows

Biggest problem was with the French doors. After installation they wouldn't open or close properly. They were binding and wouldn't seal when closed. After calling and complaining they told me the installer had been fired and they would send someone else to fix the problems. The new installer looked at the doors and said they were not square or plumb. He would have to order some new parts and completely reinstall the framing and doors. When he was done the owner inspected the job and said it was normal for the doors to bind and to see light through gaps in the door seal.

This is my update from my review of Window World back from January. The windows are all in and look great. I was concerned that the house having settled was no longer in and quot;exactand quot; squared and expressed my concerns with the Sale Rep Randall. He assured me that they have had houses that were much more out of square then mine and that the installer would make the fit and that there would be no gaps between the house and the new windows. The installer was Professional all the way, right down to the clean up of the area when the job was completed. The windows perform as good as they look, even with the upgrade to the and quot;Solar Zone Eliteand quot; in the rooms that get direct sunlight all day, (this is not just a gimmick, they do block out the heat). At one point I did speak with the office during the install to inquire as to how to interpret the ratings listed on the windows. I was told someone would call me back with the information. I was shocked when the individual who called me back was not a sales rep, but the actual owner, now that's customer service. I've already convinced my son and talked the Company up to others.

Pre-visit by Scott was excellent and informative. Installation was excellent and professional. Installer cleaned up after work.

Their installer was on time and obviously very experienced. Installing windows is a very messy job, but you wouldn't have known it once he was finished. Randall, our sales person did an excellent job as well. He was always available when we had questions. We will use Window World again and highly recommend them.

The work was excellent. They did everything they said they would do. We are very happy with their work. We would recommend them to anyone.

They picked up every speck of material that was out. I can not believe I had work men here that worked like they did and were so respectful to my property. I did ask them not to step on my plants and they did not. They did a great job on our stucco house. We had a lot of estimates and we chose them. The windows are also guaranteed for life. If A window breaks for any reason they will give you a code and they will replace them. They have special locks, and it will never break, leak, or work. They are also a national company. They come out and take measurements and it takes about six weeks them in. The windows also swivel in so you can clean them. We had a hard time finding someone who would repair the stucco and plywood around some of our windows, but they did it great.

I would not use them. The one that was installed, they put beige with the dark brown cocking, which taking about it was horrible. They had to take everything out and redoing it again but the cocking complain was about the row sticky tacky and it was on the outside. Even some of the bushes from the trim got into the cocking so it was rusting. I was expecting to use cocking but some better quality for the outside, exterior of the house and not everything to be stuck in it. I keep cleaning it and still some more stuff gets stuck to it. I went by recommendation from somebody else because he was a contractor and got sub contractors.
