Mike (the other) and Terry did an awesome job! Work was performed neatly and professionally. Both men were very personable and polite! Most of all, the quote given up front was honored even though after picking up the unit, the cost was higher. This meant so much to me that Mike G he would still hold the original price and "eat" the additional cost. This is rare in today's world. I had 4 other estimates from "big box" plumbers in this area and they were extremely high. After speaking with Mike G yesterday, his price was considerably lower than all others who were obviously trying to rip me off. This was not the case with USA Plumbing. He seemed more interested in pleasing the customer by providing affordable prices and prompt attention to the issue, which in turn produces customer satisfaction and for me, that's exactly the case! Will definitely use them again for future needs and highly recommend them to others. thanks again guys!! I am absolutely pleased and enjoying hot water again (after 5 days. ugh!)

Everything went very well. Pete showed up at about 8:30 am, introduced himself and started to work right away. In no time I had a Working Garbage Disposal and was very happy.
