"We worked with this customer and eradicated his problem. We have that documentation with his signature, not that it matters. German roaches are a brought in pest. When he brought them back in he did not want to pay for the treatment and threatened to leave bad reviews everywhere unless we treated for free. We tried to work with him, he even offered other business if we did his free. Unfortunately doing free treatments is not something we can provide."
