Price charged was more than quoted. When I called for service months later was told they could not service me. I think it was because of my complaint about them overcharging me for install.

We have had few issues. They seem like they are anxious to correct them, so we will see what happens. They are now getting on board and doing what they are supposed to do. I think they are probably OK. They respond to issues right away. I would use this provider again.

Was originally quoted $1700 (assuming 5 zones), to have to have the lawn irrigation system installed. The price was qouted as a "winter discount". Normal price would have been $2,000 for 5 zones. Was told if only 4 zones were required it would cost $400 less ($1300). Gave down payment of $850. When work was completed only 4 zones were installed, but instead of being billed an additional $450, I was billed $700 (total $1550). They claim they could not reduce the price by the $400 (claims he never said it). However, even if you take the original quote of $1700 and divide that by 5, it breaks down to $340 per zone. Since I only had 4 zones installed the most it should have cost was a total of $1360, not $1550. If he could do 5 zones at $360 per zone, why not 4 zones at $360 per zone? So, if you get a price make sure you firm it up with them in writing (and be sure he informs his wife of the correct price quoted), since she follow up on the billing, and I had some heated discussions with her about the price difference. I might consider using them again because I was pleased with the work, but I will be sure that the price they quote is the price I will pay.

"Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and/or miscommunication here. Our company charges $425 per zone ... we offer a winter discount of $400 per zone. Our prices do not fluctuate and we haven't changed our prices in years. In this particular case we originally quoted a 5 zone system but once work began we realized we could get the system into 4 zones which would save the customer money - unfortunately this caused a misunderstanding. We are an honest company who pride ourselves with doing good work and getting the job done right the first time."
