Their service is horrible. The only reason I take it there is because it’s still under the warranty. They are slower than the mud. We had a leak in my wife’s car, we had to bring it back six, seven times. Once they said they have fixed it and everything is fine and when I get in the car it was soaking wet. They are expensive and always try to sell you something else.

When I called for service appt., I also asked to speak with someone in the Service/Parts Dept. to be sure they had something in stock that would eliminate the noise coming from the hub caps.  The fellow told me he had heard of such noise but there was not something in particular used to solve the issue but could attach a foam tape that would help.  When I arrived at the dealership,I explained the conversation to the service tech he responded (with what I felt was a "holier than though" attitude I might add) by asking if they told me how much it would cost...that I would have to pay for labor and parts.  When I stated the labor shouldn't be much since the hub caps would be off when tires were rotated he said the hub caps would not be off to do that.  ???  How do they loosen the lug nuts?  Anyway, I then asked how long it would take for the service and he told me 1 hour and 15 minutes.  Two hours had passed and not a word from anyone.  I found the service tech to ask how much longer would I have to wait and he said he had already told the mechanic to get moving and stop dragging his feet.  I waited another 15 minutes and asked to speak with the service manager.  I told him I wanted my vehicle NOW and that no one had bothered to give me an update on what was going after I waited (by then it was over 2 hours) all that time.  After he checked out the situation he informed me they could not do anything about the noise as they were aftermarket hub caps and the only alternative would be to replace them with new Toyota brand...and would be expensive.  I reminded him that no one had bothered to inform me of that and it didn't take that long to define the issue!  To top it all...a political activist left her car parked in the xit lane while she went inside to pass out buttons and bumper stickers.   It took a while before my service tech decided to move her vehicle out of the way so I could leave.   They did not charge for the tire rotation and the service tech made sure he pointed that out to me twice when handing me the bill.  Big Deal!
In the end, I had been there almost 3 hours add that to one hour travel time and it took 4 hours for what should have been a regular service appointment.  Having just moved to the area, I certainly was not made to feel that I was a welcomed new customer.   So, now I'm not.

The salesman listened to my needs and wants. He did not try to convince me I needed things I didn't need. He negotiated fairly, efficiently, and honestly. The sales manager was also helpful, friendly, and efficient. A very positive experience! I'll send all my friends their way. In fact--a friend recommended the salesman to me.

We have a newer car and we are on a preventative maintenance schedule so I'm not sure what the prices would be. They just seem to be very honest. They are very courteous and they provide quick service. We just started using them.

They actually did what they promised and did numerous services for free. I had one item wear out prematurely and they replaced it for free. I have since driven over 36,000 miles and had to pay for the last service. The price was very good and the service was as excellant as always.

I have had fine luck with them. They have been accommodating for me. They will come to my workplace, take my car back to the showroom, and they get it finished, and then they bring it back to my work.

I had a tire with a leak. It is a brand new car and it had this leak ever since I got it. I did not buy the Toyota from them, but I was taking it there for service. They told me that it was all fixed, but the tire was never fixed. I have to put air in it at least every two weeks. They evidently did not find it. However, they charged me for it. I wasn't really happy with their service. I just didn't like the way they did things.

I have now traded my Toyota Rav 4 for a Chevrolet Equinox LX. I am very satisfied with it and the service dept at Palmetto Chevrolet. Also my friend with the Toyota Tacoma is now having the truck serviced at Florence Toyota. Also her daughter with her Rav 4 is going to Florence Toyota.

We had an engine issue that a lot of Toyota 2001-2003 Siennas were having and that Toyota said they would fix if you could show you had maintained oil changes. It was an oil sludge issue. We did not have all the documentation of oil changes but they did fix it for free anyway.
