The woman who helped me out at the nursery could not have done a more professional job. She took the time to walk around with me to see which plants I would like to have landscaped into my front yard. She wrote down the names of the plants, so I could Google them to see what I would need to do to take care of the plants once they were placed in my yard. She then faxed my request for someone to come out to the house for a quote on the placement and planting. |Now, I have waited a week and had no call to schedule the visit and quote. Strange, so much time was spent enticing me to use their service. I was sold on their professionalism and would have used them if their quote was within my budget. The problem is there has been no call, no visit, nor any follow-up whatsoever. Even a call explaining that they are currently busy, and would like to schedule in a month or so would have been OK. Can only give a "C" because only half of the service (the help received at the nursery) has been done.
