Loved the product and loved the installation. There were no problems.

I got three quotes, and shoreline was the lowest. However, their service was not lacking. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend.

Really well...I love how it turned out! I need them to come back for one transition molding but other than that I am really well satisfied.

Installer was punctual, polite and got the job done nicely. Since I live on the 3rd floor with no elevator, I was so grateful that he was able to go up and down the stairs carrying heavy tile. Very professional and he did not complain!

The service was fine. It took four months to complete the job. They started it in January. The original estimate was two days. The lead guy had trouble seeking help. One guy to do an entire house. It's not going to be done in two days. So he didn't have reliable help. At the very end, all he wanted to do was get done. So the quality was a little 'F' at the end. The workers were not very prompt. They would say, "First thing in the morning" and you had a two hour timeline. They could have been upfront. I knew that 1700 square feet was not a two day job when they had to tear out everything. It was not a job for one man who had no help or reliable help. Initially when the tile came in, it was the wrong tile. So we lost some time there. Then, in addition to having the entire house re-floored we had the entire house moulding redone. Only half of it came in when they started the job. They promised it in February and then they promised it in March and it didn't come in until April. I think it was a fair price for what had to be done. They were courteous. I would not use them and I would not recommend them. It's really weird because I found them on Angie's List and all of their reviews were really good. Where they fell apart from me was in their quality of work and the ability to finish the job.

The work was completed and it's beautiful....  I have one last project, the 2nd bathroom and the 3rd bedroom that I have just ordered the tile and hardwood floors for.  I certainly would recommend them and would use them again, as I am right now.

Showed up on time for the measure to the minute. The installers arrived within the timeframe he provided. Did a great job, cleaned up when done and performed the job in a timely manner. Very professional. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I had new carpet installed throughout my entire (furnished) house. Every aspect of the experience went well. I worked directly with Diane at Shoreline, and she was professional, pleasant, and helpful. I was particularly interested in the crew that would be doing the installing because virtually every piece of furniture in the house needed to be moved. This crew worked quickly and efficiently, took great care with my belongings making sure to put everything back exactly where it belonged, and made sure that I was satisfied at the end of the job before they left my home. I know from a past job that Lowe's wanted to charge a fee for every individual piece of furniture that their crew moved, which I thought (and still think) is ridiculous. I believe the product I purchased is good carpet, it looks great, and the total price was even a bit lower than what I had figured I'd end up paying. I'm very glad I did business with Shoreline Flooring, and I've already recommended them to someone else.

We are very satisfied with the service we received by Shoreline Flooring. Jim Cantor was the customer rep. who assisted us in this project. Jim was professional, attentive, and easy to work with. The quality of the carpet we purchased to the installation process was excellent. We would do business with Shoreline. again.

They were good on price and material. They were thorough. They had the materials on hand and I was able to get them the same day. It was what I was looking for.

Shoreline was on time and installed the laminate as promised. They did this while no one was living in the house and prior to our move in date. The sales rep,, Jim Cantor, coordinated the installation. He was always very responsive, very prompt and pleasantly professional.

My husband and I had an appointment with Shoreline Flooring in early May of 2013. We discussed the possibility of getting a cork or bamboo floor to replace carpet. We looked at an excellant sampling of possible floorings and decided on a cork. We did receive a discount because our flooring guy had referred us, that was nice! We ordered our choice and told that Bob Terrell, our floor installer would pick it up for us and deliver to our house 3 days before installation. We liked the fact that Shoreline Flooring was a long time local family owned business. The cork floor has been installed and we love it!! Would definitely do business with them again.

Everything turned out quite well and they were very professional. The sales person, Shannon Doerring, was also very professional and very helpful in selecting the carpeting and setting up the installation.
