Responded very quickly to my inquiry. Was able to come to home almost immediately. Identified problem on site & provided clear description of what was required to fix it. Had to take window shade to shop, order a part and do the repair. The repair was finished and the was shade re-installed as promised and sooner than expected. Very reasonable. Outstanding service!
