Rock solid did a good job installing our counters. There was an issue with a chip which they came back and repaired. Also, after acquiring a new stove we found an adjustment needed to be made to the granite around the stove area. They came back and repaired that as well. To me the mark of a good company is how they respond to unexpected problems. No complaint there. Communication (phone tag) was an issue at times though.
