I hired Chris to level out a piece of property, move some irrigation and put down 1/8 acre of Sod. Initially the leveling of the property and the Irrigation move went well and he was reasonable priced. My neighbor also used him as this was a joint project he duplicated what I did. The issue I have is my neighbor got centipede sod and I got Bermuda. His grass looked healthy when he got it. Mine had to come from a different sod farm and it looked burnt from the start. I followed his directions and watered it twice a day. Never really greened up. This work was done July 2023. I have tried to call him and left him many messages also texted him. He has not returned any of my phone calls. I just want him to come and check it. If it is bad he should be able to go back to the Sod farm and get it fixed. I would have been totally satisfied with his work if the Sod was OK but I deserve a phone call and a fix . This was not a cheap project.
