The agent and I built a relationship. We discussed the things I was looking for in a home and what was most important to me. The agent was very knowledgeable and pointed to issues within the home while I was viewing the homes in order to help me make informed decisions. At the end of viewing at least eight homes, I was very pleased with the agent's performance and knew I would keep this agent to represent me upon a purchase of a home.

Barry has been in real estate in MB for a long time. He knows the market and what is good and bad about almost every house listed. He also knows most of the agents in the area and which ones price houses correctly to sell. When I was working , I was transferred 8 times around the US, so I've dealt with a number of real estate agents, The best listen to what you want and can afford and show you only those houses. The worst drag you to almost everything in the MLS. Barry's one of the best!!
